Gym Reservation
Book your event today!
Gym reservations are available on days that the church does not have any scheduled events. We ask that you submit a gym reservation request and we will confirm its availability. Gym reservation includes full access to the kitchen, dining area, gym floor, and bathrooms. We will clean them prior to your arrival. It is your responsibility to clean up any decorations, throw away your trash, and wash any dishes used. We ask that you leave the gym in resonable condition after your use. We will be in touch closer to the event to make arrangments for you to get into the buildng so you can set up early, etc.
- Rental Fee: $250
- Rental Includes: 6 rounds (60" diameter), 2 rectangle tables (8 ft) , and 50 chairs.
- Rental must be paid within 14 days of booking to hold date
- Add ons available (see below)
- *No alcoholic beverages*
Payment
Payment is due within 14 business after your request has been submitted in order to secure your date.

Cancellation
Your payment and deposit is completely refundable if you cancel within 72 hours prior to your event. Notify: winnfield1st@gmail.com.
